SFS&C Services

Cross-training program: 60 minute classes held 4 days a week with optional Saturdays, for 6 weeks. 

 

Workshop 101 classes are 60 minute classes where you and your Instructor will focus on specific fitness, health and wellness areas of interest to enhance your regimen.
 

If you desire a more customized training program, we provide One on One personal training, register now and schedule an appointment with our certified Instructor.

Cross-training

 

Workout: Outdoor exercise group class. Each workout consist of a dynamic warm up, prime exercises, core training, cool down and static stretching.

 

Method: Each day we'll focus on different muscle groups and varied fitness components. We Cross-train using methods that will include gymnastics, boxing, olympic lifting, calisthenics, plyometric drills, muay thai, and high intensity circuit training. The program is a set at 6 week intervals per session and ramps up in intensity and volume throughout to help you acclimate to training and ensure a diverse full-body workout.

 

Equipment: Bodyweight, Sandbags, Medicine balls, Olympic bars, Dumbbells, Bulgarian Bags, Rings, Kettlebells, Boxing gloves, Punching bags,Tractor Tires, Suspension systems, Resistance Bands, to name a few. 

Fighter's Conditioning

 

Workout: This is a high intensity outdoor and indoor exercise advanced class designed for world class athletes and fighters. Each workout consist of a dynamic warm up, prime exercises, core training, cool down, and flexabilty training.

Method: Using modern training methods and traditional fighting methods we create an athletic performance program for the fighter in all! Traditional Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, Brazilian Jujitsu, Olympic Lifting, Russian Kettlebell drills.

Workshop 101 (Small Group - up to 4 max/class)

 

The Workshop 101 class is where you and your Instructor can focus on specific areas of interest, some of which may include: 

 

  • Physical Assessments

  • Target Problem Areas

  • Assess Body Composition​

  • Goal Setting

  • Individual Program Design

  • Injury assessment and Rehab

  • Nutrition Consult

  • Basic Training
